Avid motorcycle rider, addicted to music, technology and since recently haute horlogerie.
I think it's worth mentioning I'm coming from a very long break in game, I left right about the time Cataclysm came out.
EXPERIENCE & RAIDING
Why do you like playing this specific class and spec?
I have mained a mage throughout TBC and leveled the SP as main-alt, about the time TLK came out, I was facing a choice of either still being a food dispenser, or try something new. Since I was greatly enjoying shadow gameplay, and it's been my main go-to char for late-tbc times, where I PvP'd a lot, I decided to give it a shot in PvE, and level it first, before the mage.
Decision I haven't regretted once. Shadow was fun, sustainable, desired, barely anyone played it back in the day, and every single time was making a comeback all the way up on the dmg meters, because well, you can move and it still ticks, and it's hard to die. Spend more time living = do more damage. Win win situation.
What class/role specific resources do you read or use to improve your gameplay? (websites, blogs, etc)
I have no clue of today's resources, I see wowhead is still alive and well.
I think I was reading up on uhm.. elitistjunkie (?) for theorycrafting, and I had a website with BiS lists for each spec.
I haven't yet had utility of finding those again though, since, well, it's expansion time, and I came back a week ago, but I'm more than confident that you guys know the good sites, I'm sure we can come to an agreement
What is your previous raiding experience?
I have been hardcore raiding through whole of TBC with <Twisted> (disbanded), then a while with <Independence> (left), which was basically Twisted rebranded, then went social in Bete Noire (left in TLK to find a more raid-focused guild) (I'm sure Rich is still stalking all the forums out there, so hi Rich!), then another two guilds during TLK, both disbanded, I transferred to horde side, where I stayed in <Samsara> (not sure) a while, and then finally dropped out of the game.
We raid on Wed/Thurs/Sun/Mon from 21:00 to 23:30 server time. How many raids do you expect to attend per week?
At worst 3/4, but most of the time I'll be able to attend all.

Why did you choose to apply to Easy?
Well, you guys have been around and kicking when I was playing, you still are alive and kicking many years down the line. That says something, I think we can relate on the terms of drama-free, reliable, good people having a good time playing a mmo approach, that I now have. Oh, also, Dylan wants me pewpewing.
Do you have any friends in Easy?
I do, actually!
My most favourite Smellytonk aka Dylan played lots with you guys, I think he's even officer'd a while!
Have you been in other guilds and if so, why are you no longer in these guilds?
Kinda covered this one in raiding experience
P.S. I'm open to this being a social application, for the time being (leveling period and all), but down the line I want to see end content, regularly.
