Just some thoughts from my point of view :

So far, I am enjoying myself and consider every one of you incredibly friendly and supportive. I've now made it as "hyperactive" on my attendance, which is good. I did have issues for a while with dps being lower than most, but I accepted it due to lower ilvl and gear. There's still the odd issue, as most of my gear lacks Haste which is our top stat, however looking at Gul'Dan last night, I was more than satisfied that I can at least carry myself mostly.

Also, my BB Aleila has been a gem - extremely helpful and willing to spend time on Mumble discussing things with me. I am at last beginning to feel confident and able to develop at an acceptable level. Hopefully, i'll be able to show that more for the remainder of my trial.

It seems you understand what the gear stat priorities should be - I'm guessing due to limited options you've taken ilvl upgrades that have left you with a rather low haste % and lots of crit/mastery. Hopefully you find the right pieces to improve that soon

I've gone through the logs from earlier and you performed well. I think you would've been better off with Blessing of the Ancients instead of Shooting Stars, but that's the only critique I have really. Anyway, getting a bit ahead of myself here
