Yes I agree that it would be good if everyone avoided standing in bad, however reality is that most of the times some of us stand in poo. It would be nice if we could change this but that is unlikely to happen in the immediate future.

Looking at yesterdays if I read the logs right kill we had 9 deaths, 5 of them I think look wind related.

Given the above I would argue we need to focus on staying alive more. This can happen by taking less damage or healing more.

If we bring less heals, would we not die even more? (on the other hand maybe I'm looking at the wrong log...)

Healing is reduced by 80% in the windrush phase. most deaths were due to people getting into tornados. Can't heal through all poor play (I was a whole heap of suck after the break).

Also enrage is still fairly tight.

Most (if not all) the deaths were due to people not moving out of bad stuff quickly enough. I can understand that moving out of the tornadoes, for example, is a pain (I died there a couple of times without the teleport) but moving out of fires? That's sort of a basic skill needed for raiding...

I can't see it as having too many Hs if we run out of BRs. Unless deaths were one shots. Perhaps i'm missing something.

3 groups was easy. 7H is too many.

I needed to check if my speakers broke down, then I realized it was dubstep..

so we killed him but i think we can have more improvement on the fight , and i talked/asked about in raid but i geuss 1 movement change is to much for alot of players( positioning the boss ). Therefore here the vid to see what i mean by more SPACE and a better overlook on the fight. Its cleaner and better chance on survivability.

K, 3 groups it is.
Try with 6H.

Start with Hero, use again on boss.

I'm a bit at a loss.
I'd like to keep the mdps together in one grp, but maybe have 2 ranged grps with 2 scorches each, 1H in each ranged grp, rest of the H on their own. As we're more likely to have spears in ranged and healers. That way the ranged can see more floor, can avoid fire more?

So:
6-7 Mdps (rest stack on tanks) 4 scorches
6 Rdps1 2 scorches
6 Rdps2 2 scorches
Rinse Repeat

… looks like the better option…

EDIT: did more reading on other 25-man guilds. It's this strat, or more groups with only 5, but then if one dies, it's a wipe. This set up is still doable and a bit more forgiving.
If we have the dps, we should also try going with 7H.

Then spread out and have remaining Scorches go to a Rdps grp.

Might be a solution for us?

Sounds interesting, Rogues can cloak off the stacks anyway.....
