we'd rather wait for you to gear up and get used to the Ele spec before applying as a raider. You see, you'll get a test run first to see if you have the potential to be the kind of raider we're looking for. And if we notice that you don't really know you spec/class (including blind play of special abilities), there's little chance you'll pass it.

The minimum required iLvl for a new raider is also 510, which you should be able to reach without raiding, though with a little effort (valors, leg. quest line, LFR, upgrades…). At the moment we are working in HC mode so we expect you to have that minimum iLvl, and yes, in the right spec.

In the meantime, if your mind is set to Easy, and you're desperate for a guild, we can offer you a Social spot while doing all of the above. You'll have to re-apply again for a Raider spot though, once you're confident and geared enough to accept the challenge of a test run.

Please /w an officer (Rotkwa, Templaar, Tanla, Liria) in-game if you're interested in the Social spot.

Yea, i recently spec'ed as dps, since in the old guild i was a healer, but got a bit bored from it.

I am trying to save for the trinkets and valor items. Though a 1000 cap limit a week kinda narrows it
But it's is my future to get the dps gear.

Just a quick note Fanta. I see you are revered with Shado-pan assault. Why are you not using your valor to buy rep gear? Especially the trinket? All in all, if you had your ilvl would be 513 not 496. Waiting for drops is not the best option, it might never happen. Rep gear is a given and easy to grind for.

You of course realise as a DPS your trinkets are a huge part of your dps, so using 2 healer trinkets will really gimp your possible output. And the spirit gained if you were to be casing healing spells, will be pretty much useless.

Why did you not get the dps relic rather than the healer one? I think even HC dungeon ilvl trinkets would be more use than those?

So you've respecced recently to DPS?

My 2 trinkets are the only ones i have atm, but i am working on getting some dps ones. and the gear is for my dps

I was wondering about your talent choice. I see you've chosen Elemental mastery. With your other choice Primal elementalist, why did you choose that talent instead of Ancestral swiftness? Also about your CL glyph, how do you use that in a raid? Because most of the time you'll be dps' ing the boss instead of trash...
