I took some time to make myself a better signature.

Here is the first attempt, in a long time!!

Usually i make a couple and then choose, but since I have been slacking....
not happy yet with letters in partical, but I like the colour. I think I better make my own letters, and they will be inserted instead,
ideas are welcome!

P.S. I wish I was a wiz in lighting in modelviewer, I did not even try, would rather go for some ambient, shadowy, moonlight kind of light.

playing with some Photoshop opacity brushes along with some brightness/contrast can give you all the ambient light you wish for

To shadow or not to shadow, (so far going for option 2.)

Who of the 3 will it be!

My opinion is... Bolder font and bolder color so as to eliminate the need for shadows and bevel(they are so 1985)..

Of course II already made that and did not like it. (All my usual stuff is like that in real life haha, never using fancy, unbusiness-like characters.)
Makes me want to test arty farty, but I only just begun, at least I would like to try and end up with something more unusual, might try some rl sketches.
As I said I was not too happy with font and such as well, that problem I have not solved yet, but is ok enough for now.
maybe I'' change some contrasta nd darkness as well, but It is important to see the simple beginnings.

P.S. made a small update after lf fonts,

Looked for something bolder still fit for night elves and ashenvale. Also to compensate for the fact Ama is standing in a darker forest, instead of modelviewer clear sky.

with or without texteffects? old or new background or text? (I changed more but then changed it back again haha)

Drat. Does that mean the beveled cover I designed for a school yearbook in 1996 was too late to be cool?

In my defence, it was in South Africa though, we always get trends at least 10 years later than the rest of the world there! :P

This isn't my work but this thread seemed like the best place to put it . . . a really lovely little fanfic story on a npc in Tanaan. :)
