I completely overlooked your question for werewolf book recommendations.
You may or may not know them already, but White wolf, the publisher of the Werewolf: The Apocalypse pen&paper roleplaying game, published quite a few novels in this setting as well. I wouldn't really call them "good" in a literary sense, but they're quite entertaining if you like the (modern, dystopian) setting.
