What day will the pre-patch release on live? (7.0)

With thge pre-patch hitting Beta, people started to guess when it comes out. So I thought it would be funny to find the best guesser within easy and set up a poule.
Best guess will earn eternal glory or at least a gratz post from me on the forum.

To keep things fair, I'll let others go first!

of course it its there when it is released, it is as simple as that you guy are over analyzing!!!
