215 in shadow at the min but rising as i replace some of my Arena gear

What is your intended activity level?
75-100%

What is/are your weak point/s and how do you intend to address it/them?
Focus issues due to change of pain killers for pain in right knee, but that seems to be settling now

What class/role specific resources do you read or use to improve your gameplay? (websites, blogs, etc)
I'm continuously researching changes in build and stats, this has all been on the PvP side but I have shifted to the PvE side now i can focus more

I've been away from raiding due to personal health issues with both the pain in my knee and the adjustments to my pain medication, this affected my focus and ability to be sat at my Pc for any length of time, now i am settled in the new pain management plan I am able to apply my self to playing the game i enjoy.

I would like to withdraw the application, I have struggled with the shift from PvP (arena) to PvE, i will step back and try iron out the issues which are effecting my output if this is too much will assess if a toon swap would be better and re-apply. Thank you for the assistance which some have given me to try to ajust.
