First off, thank you all for the respones and the vouching by Batranger and Gargamela.

When do i expect to be ready to raid ? Well as i've said in my main post, i am raiding at the moment, via pugs.
Currently i'm 7/7 normall 2/7 HC (Nythendra & Ursoc), item lvl 853/855 (depending on the gear i'm using)
I will be able to attend most raids, however, i play in a band and i practise with them on either a Thursday, or a Monday.
But i do not practise every week, so i will be able to attend most Thursday/Mondays (on Sunday and Wednesday i will always be available).

And yes i was aware of the fact that raider recruitment is closed.
