not sure about dbm but I use dxe & it doesn't give warnings 4 tantrum ... mayb the birdie grows bigger or something but I failed 2 notice any diffrence ... so I made a power aura during raid last night 2 alarm me about tantrum ... mayb it's usefull 4 other tanks

Was interested to see your healing set up last night. I've done this fight on holy priest (one kill and lots of wipes, all on 10 man). The amount of movement makes this a druid fight (although the feathers allow you to cast on the move, many healers aren't used to doing that). Raid logs and experience suggests its a pretty horrible fight for holy priests and shammies. For shammies in particular, the raid is usually too spread out for CH or HR to be effective. For that reason I wonder if an effective H strat is to deploy shammies as tank healers (with CH/HR for stackings), and for palas to raid heal with beacon on a tank? The shammies will proc inspiration on the Ts to help mitigate damage (you had no Hpriest in the raid, so no other source of inspiration). Druids seem well placed to deliver substantial raid healing.

after doing some research here's wot I managed 2 find .

-Modified Stat Weight for Alysrazor
Expertise(22)>Mastery>Dodge/Parry

-The main hand weapon shud have landslide enchant

-Most importantly glyph of focused shield

-4 the rotation watching out 4 grand crusader procs becomes top priorty (something that we have been taught to neglect )

-also poping Inquistion instead of Shield of the rightous is not a good thing (I personaly have been doing that all night long) ... since the extra holypower damage buff we get is simply lower than the dps boost we get with a 3 HOPO'd SOR

Since I have missed many of our tries, a question:

When is it ok for ground DPS to grab unused feathers?

I noticed that feathers seemed to despawn on almost every single flyover and having 1 (or preferably 2 feathers) makes life so much easier for a ranged dps. Perhaps I'm missing something....
