I know that the guides write that he heal up to 25% but i remember when we start to hit 3rd phase we used to we all go and stack on blue and w8 the boss to come to us and with that tact he was about 27%-28% depened on the dots and dps that ranges do on him (cause the melees are away and can't dps) so we change it to all stand on the boss when he go to 3rd phase and we pop hero at start so we had him at 22%-23% again depened on the dps and the adds clear... so it he heal up to 25% like guides said then he shouldnt be at 27-28%.

Thanks guys, I'm clearer now. Also, to clarify, I was popping TW at start of transformation on Monday because that's what apoli asked. Therefore no practical change here, just me now being a little clearer on the reasons why.

Also interesting from that thread:

"Main thing is that you do not need to have your entire ranged/healer camp at range. You only need 7 (in 25 man*) players standing outside melee range to bait the desecrated weapon. This means your less-mobile healers and ranged dps can just stand with the melee and never move, while a small team of more mobile DPS can run around."
