The log for last night is showing that we were trying Norushen on Normal! I am certain we were HC, I double checked after the first few tries without corruption stacking. I think Poli/Tan checked too?

I have to conclude that something weird happened. Corruption should have been stacking and it does now look like the Normal mode mechanics were in play.

So, this tells me that we're off the pace. The enrage wipe was for Normal and we should be able to blitz that with gear and experience in the group.

General message. It's going to need 6 DPS, better coordination, more communication.

I'll get video and strat up ASAP.

I am certain the little icon on my minimap showed a skull. The damage dealt by the Amalgam was way beyond normal parameters.

Yes, that was for sure heroic.

Evidence: Recent 10N 3 healers, 100m healed, hps 70k (210k total)

Last night: 10H 2 healers, 165m healed, hps 230k (460k total).

first here is the video for the boss fight


now back to last night fight .. i think we had some kind of bug cause
from heroic mode spells we had :
1- we had 4 golden orbs at start which is heroic mode fight at 10 m norma you have only 2 orbs
2- the boss damage and the adds (small + big adds ) was higher than normal mode
3- for tank trial add its had more hp and the skills hit hard if it was normal i would be out in 30 sec causei i kill the add
4- coming out of trial i had white color bubble the 90 sec buff for get no corruption which only heroic mode buff
5- enrage happen after 7 min which is the heroic mode enrage you can hear it at 2:20 in the fight video

now from normal mode we had:
1- wrong corruption starting 75 it should be 50
2- the shodw orb corruption was normal mode one that give only 25 corruption to the person that take it

i think we did very well yesterday it was just some kind of bug

Absolutely sure it was on HC. The add in the other realm was a huge difference from normal mode.
But yeah, seems like we had quite some bugs, unless there was a nerf that i missed...

Definetly cirtain it was heroic, if it had been normal it would have died for sure, at the very least we would not have met the enrage on normal.
But it seemed bugged though, either the corruption didn´t increase at all or the meter for the corruption just didn´t work, my guess is the first thing.

A number of changes have been made to Norushen on Heroic difficulty.

Starting Corruption for all players is now 75.
Residual Corruption and Burst of Anger no longer pulse additional raidwide Corruption.
Expel Corruption no longer increases the target’s Corruption.
Increased the health of the Amalgam of Corruption to offset the reduced Corruption generated by external sources.
The Purified buff no longer persists after gaining additional Corruption.

I con firm wuith the others it was heroic certainly. I am watching it like a hawk after we tried 10 men Garrosh with 10 on 25 we got rather far
