I thought you meant the big door behind him :lol: I apologize for my lack of focus at times, I was pretty tired. Accumulated tiredness from the whole week :(

We have the boss more central, closer to where the adds spawn.

Key things:

Call out shaman when they're due to spawn, the tank can move further back so that he doesn't get heals.

How we prioritise adds:

1. Shaman and Totem, always.
2. Mage, must be interrupted, can one shot.
3. If no Mage, Hunter as he does a lot of damage and you've potentially lost a player as they hug a wall.
4. Assassin, do not, under any circumstances, turn your back to him, will one shot.

This fight is a dps race else you'll get overrun quickly.

Stop DPS when nearing 15%, by the time you've waited on the add spawns to be cleared he'll be close to 10%, then burn down.

ironblade, picked up by tanks (so bothering raid least)

add prio totally different here though

Warshaman > Sniper > Arcweaver > Assassin > Ironblade

They also agree about the discussion to use 2 healers...

Some thoughts:
Main issue last week was the amount of War song casts he got off which caused alot of fatalities because its around a 65% hp hit to all players, bear in mind dps were constantly getting whacked by adds 200k melee hits some 500k crits which in unison is unhealable the player will die and on top of that bonecrackers etc, the video that Amazone posted advises that Nazgrim should get barely any war songs off.
The Banner is key to him getting so many war songs, it buffs the attacks of all adds currently present in the fight to grant Nazgrim 3 Rage per hit (possible +9 rage a sec) and has around 1700k health if everyone who can, targets it immediately as it spawns and hits it with whatever instant casts you got it should die within secs, tanks are key to killing it I think because it spawns right next to them and with their vengeance stacked through the roof with executes etc they can get some big hits on it.
Rest of his rage gaining abilities are straight forward not going to go into them only highlighting what I thought was crucial

With all that being said I would build upon what Biz said about the add priority and suggest something like:

Add priority:
Banner
Warshaman and Totem (switch when spawns)
Sniper
Arcweaver (lock down until above adds dead)
Assassin
Ironblade

Side notes
- Everyone should respec talents and glyphs to stuns, roots, slows, interupts anything to disrupt adds
- Warshaman should be interupted, earthshield can be purged/dispelled
- Arcweaver should be locked down while the others are being killed (was able to solo lock down not kill)
- Assassin can be taken out of the game by slowing/stunning and kiting it around (hunters flare and concussive shot counter this add completely)
- Ironblade stun and move away
- Boss has to be tanked away from adds 1 tick from a warshaman totem heals it 30% thats like 150mill
- Healers and off tank can help disrupt adds also if they are free
- Every last add must die before boss, unless its called to zerg boss at 10% or something

Healing wasn't an issue. We had huge huge overheal. Banner went down pretty fast. War song wasn't really an issue. The problem is adds not going down. that's the only problem.

This, I did say this is a dps fight, pew pew faster.

Regardless of the add order that you chose, stick to it, then its just focus burn for each add for everyone not on interrupt duty (call out the priority of the 3 adds coming next each time).

We got him till 46% but we seem stuck there every time.

Assigned people to their specific target with stunning, interrupting etc. This helped... again... till the 50% benchmark:

Banner: Dija
Shaman: Mum
Hunter: Kirby
Mage: Carnac
Rogue: Amazone + Pan
Warrior: tanks

We had 1Rdps (Spiderman Dija) with no interrupt duty, who dpsd down everything in order.

Also, 1,5H :)
