Thanks for the consideration guys.

I checked that Mr. Robot's site and interestingly it tells me to reforge most of mastery to hit & haste.
It's default PvE build for mages is: Hit > Haste > Crit > Mastery.

Are you guys sure about Mastery for Frost Mages in PvE?

Let me clarify, we're not saying mastery is the way to go, I only pointed out its not just pet damage it affects.

Nothing is absolute, but yes. as far as secondary stats go priority, in my opinion, should be as you indicate; ie hit (to cap), haste, crit, mastery.

However mastery is not a total loss and, as I understand it, can be slightly more important than crit once certain levels are realised.

MrRobot is extremely useful and, mostly, I tend to follow his advice, but I also look elsewhere.

after some consideration, and looking at our progression raids, we'd like you to work on your gear till you reach iLvl 500. With your VPs stacked, rep, LFR… 500 would be a reasonable goal to achieve.

Thanks for the invite to LFR guys, it was awesome but I did not have luck with drops this week on LFR. I just got one item and bought one with Valor Points and still at 495 ilvl. Better luck next week I guess...
