I may have understood incorrectly.. Or at least the last section isnt totally clear for me. Are you looking at Easy as a guild that will allow you to gear up.... And then move in to a more hardcoreish guild? Reason I ask is because Easy is, compared to your past raiding experience, nowhere near the level of hardcoreness. We do not do raidbalancing.. We do not drop people that are not performing optimally... You will wipe for raids on a boss while your own performance has no influence on it.

You have misunderstood, but I will blame myself for lack of articulation. I do not care about progression pace or hardcoreness of a guild - those days were never fun, and back then required a dedication I can no longer provide, I'm not a teenager anymore haha. I want a guild that does raids, learns , moves on, and sees content and gears up - pace? Irrelevant. Realm firsts? I don't want them

I want fun, determination, new friends, and people I can call "adventuring buddies". I'm fiercely loyal; Once in, I'll be there wipe after wipe after wipe

Hey Usoria! Nice app, and good to see you in our TEN zerging earlier tonight

It seems you understand what the gear stat priorities should be - I'm guessing due to limited options you've taken ilvl upgrades that have left you with a rather low haste % and lots of crit/mastery. Hopefully you find the right pieces to improve that soon

I've gone through the logs from earlier and you performed well. I think you would've been better off with Blessing of the Ancients instead of Shooting Stars, but that's the only critique I have really. Anyway, getting a bit ahead of myself here
